Table Top Design
Here is an easy way to transform your table using simple, inexpensive clear bowls such as fish bowls, rose bowls and other clear glass cylinders of m any shapes and sizes. A wonderful arrangement can be created by placing colored glass stones or marbles in such a bowl and adding some water to generously cover. Float a candle, a Gerber daisy or a few orchids and it is quite a display! Using your imagination can enhance the design even further. Color the water, set the bowl on a mirror tile and surround with three votives, or nestle greens around the bowl. You get the idea! The craft stores have a great selection of clear glass bowls and stones, and the home improvement shops will have inexpensive mirrors. The candle may already be in your drawer! Most flowers will last several days floating in the water.
